1. Introduction

  1. Our company (“Condigolabs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is serving our business partners with different products & services . Each time we will add a new product or service, it will be listed below and have its own Privacy Policy defined. As of today, we offer 1 product:

    1. For individuals residing in the EU, we process information related to individuals or devices on behalf of and pursuant to the instructions of our customers, as set forth in our agreements with them.
    2. For individuals residing in other jurisdictions, our business partners give us access to information collected through their emails, mobile applications, or websites ;, in order for use to you for our own purposes as long as such processes is permitted by the local laws of our business partners.
    3. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Condigolabs collects and uses information in connection with our Marketing feed CPC(“Services”). This service is designed to provide our customers with monetization solution of their digital media inventory by providing them with interest based advertising offers Interest-based advertising is the process of serving advertisements that are tailored to your likely interests.

2. Information collected

  1. We are providing services to business partners. We help them provide consumers such as you, with useful content in a way that respects such consumers’ right to privacy. Collected information through our services, in some cases, can be characterized as “personal data” or “personal information” under certain laws, but we do not know your name, address, your place of work, your date of birth, your phone number, or other information used to identify you as a specific individual (“personally identifiable information” or “PII”), and we do not collect this information unless you haven chosen to provide it to our customers or our customers partners previously, and still provide it at the time we serve our customers. We demand our business partners that benefit from such information that customers provide them, to update us proactively of any change of status regarding this PII.
  2. In order for Condigolabs to deliver the Services, our business partners may provide information from online or offline sources to Condigolabs. Collecting this information allows our business partners to send you interest-based content & advertising. It also helps them measure the interest you have for such content & advertising after sending them. The types of non-PII personal information we may collect in order to provide our Services include:
    1. User Identifiers and Device Identifiers: We may collect identifiers that are used by our business partners, but Condigolabs does not see any PII connected with these identifiers. We may also collect information related to devices used to access our business partners’ emails and websites, such as the visitor’s device type, operating system, version, IP address. To de-identify this information, a hash is done to convert the information into a code. We do not knowingly retain any PII connected with the code generated from the hash process.
    2. Inferences: We may use the information we collect to generate certain inferences, such as associations between identifiers.
    3. All the Information we process that is provided from our business partners remain covered by the applicable privacy policies of our business partners.

To collect the information described above, we and our service providers may use cookies, which are small text files that online services often store on computer hard drives or mobile devices of visitors to their sites when using a given browser. Websites and other digital content also may contain small, transparent images, files, or lines of code that collect information about how you interact with the pages, emails, advertisements, and apps. Each cookie is including a unique number, which is used to recognize your device when a user of your computer or mobile device returns to a website that it has visited previously. As a result, these technologies may collect information about the web pages you visit, the content you view, when and for how long you interact with certain features, and whether you respond to advertisements.

  5. All info we retain as such is systematically deleted 180 days after being collected.

3. Usage of the information collected

  1. Our business partners and ourself may use the collected information in conjunction with other sources of data to:
    1. create and send personalized messages targeted towards your interests as we can define them from the data we collect. Such messages can include interest-based advertisements.
    2. monitor the effectiveness of such messages both in terms of deliverability & interest, in order to improve them
    3. customize user experiences when they use our advertising partners’ services.

Where a business partner has allowed us to use the information for Condigolabs, our own purposes, we also use it to create and send personalized messages of our own targeted towards your interests as we can define them from the data we collect. Such messages can include interest-based advertisement.

4. Access by 3rd parties to the information we collect

We may share the categories of information described in section 1, 2 & 3 in connection with the provision of our Services, with the customers of the Services for their own purposes and subject to their privacy policies. To provide the Services, we share such information with advertising partners
  2. We will disclose information to recipients that are entitled by law to access such information, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies and other entities pursuant to a valid court order.

5. Optout options

  1. If you do not want us to collect, use, or transfer to non-affiliated third parties information from your devices about website or application usage for the purposes of interest-based advertising or certain other purposes, you may opt out our own interface for optout. Please note that this tool is cookie-based and browser-specific, so you should opt out on each browser and device for which you would like your preferences to apply. We may forward your request to the appropriate business partner if we process your information solely on their behalf. Otherwise, we will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

  1. We strive to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to safeguard the information we collect. However, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
  2. For individuals residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process information relating to individuals or devices on behalf of and pursuant to the instructions of our customers in the capacity of a “processor,” as set forth in our agreements with our customers.
